Services
Architecture and interior design services for homes across London and Kent, from first concept to construction.
Archit_studio2 is an architecture and interior design practice founded by two Italian architects, working on residential projects across London and Kent. Our services cover every stage of a project, so you can work with one team from the first conversation to the finished home.
Our services
Choose the stage you need, or let us guide you through all of them. Each service is described in detail on its own page.
- Architectural design – brief, concept and architectural drawings (RIBA Stages 1–2)
- Planning & Approvals – planning applications and Building Regulations drawings (RIBA Stages 3–4)
- Interior design – spatial planning, custom furniture and finishes
- Site monitoring – regular inspections and progress reports
- Construction – quotation, contract management and delivery by our in-house team (RIBA Stages 5–6)
- House extensions – extensions and loft conversions, from first sketch to completed home
One team, from concept to completion
Because design, approvals and construction are connected, decisions made early are carried through to the finished building. The result is a smoother process and a home that stays true to the original design.
